The provider will be responsible for delivering prompt and efficient roadside assistance, including recovery and repair services for both passenger, Ambulances and commercial vehicles. The successful provider must demonstrate the ability to respond to incidents at short notice and ensure that all recovery and repair services are carried out to a high standard. This service is essential to enable the Trust to maintain the operational readiness and reliability of its fleet, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality care to the communities it serves.
