The primary purpose of this work will be to refurbish Zone 1, rooms 27,28 and 29 to enable reuse as a stem cell collection facility. The work contained within specification include builders works, electrical, heating, medical gas, plumbing services and drainage.The specification requires Specialist suppliers to carry out works.
