Provision of Statutory Testing, Servicing and Reactive Repair Services
Descriptions
The Client is seeking to appoint a single Principal Contractor to deliver the full scope of services:
1) Statutory compliance maintenance and PPM across in-scope mechanical, electrical and specialist systems and services
2)Reactive maintenance in line with the response model in Response Times.
3)Technical support and management of specialist subcontractors engaged under this Contract.
4) 24/7 operations support for emergencies.
5) professional services as required to support the Client’s compliance and project delivery, including but not limited to: Statutory inspection reports, testing certificates and compliance advice.
Technical support in scoping and specifying remedial works. Design and commissioning input for plant/equipment replacement. CDM 2015 Principal Contractor role where applicable; and Attendance at project meetings, site inspections, and stakeholder briefings. While elements of the service may be subcontracted, the Successful Bidder will remain the sole point of contact for the Client and will retain full responsibility for the coordination, management, and successful delivery of all aspects of the contract.
