NHS Lewisham CCG is procuring the Primary Care Element for its Urgent Care Centre (UCC). The Primary Care Element will comprise of the continuous presence of 1 General Practitioner within the UCC. The service will start in April 2015 to run for a period of 3 years in the first instance, subject to review every 12 months. The review will be based on quality of service, activity, patient outcomes, and value for money.
