Descriptions
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (the MHRA) requires access to an online psychometric assessment tool with helpdesk support (in core/usual business hours) and an associated facilitator training package. The tool/assessments shall be administered in house and utilised as the basis of training and interventions, to be rolled out to various cohorts of employees across the MHRA including our leadership team. The Learning and Development team must be able to administer the assessments and subsequently facilitate the training so must undertake relevant facilitator training in the effective use of the tool. The training/assessments will build the capability of teams and will support increased collaboration, communication and team working across the MHRA.
