This is an award notice for PURCH1304 Estate Strategy — Programme Delivery Partner.Over the next 10 years the University will transform its campus as part of a major development plan — the single largest estates project in the University's history since the 1870s.The University is appointing a partner for the design and construction of the Estate Strategy projects and overall delivery of a programme of works, over a 10 (ten) year period with a total value of circa 250 000 000 GBP-500 000 000 GBP.The works are being awarded as a single appointment to the Programme Delivery Partner. We are seeking to engage in genuine partnership working arrangements, founded upon a platform of trust and respect.
