The project is for the construction of circa 960 student bedrooms and associated ancillary areas. The University of Bath is seeking a Delivery Partner which shares the visions and ambitions for the successful completion of this project to deliver high quality student accommodation for the University’s undergraduate students. The proposed scheme will be of a standard comparable to competitor buildings and will respond to the University’s focus to deliver a healthy, safe, sustainable and inclusive campus. This new accommodation will allow the University to increase accommodation on campus for first year students and would provide c.960 bedrooms with associated ancillary areas.
