Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance and Voids Lotted Framework Sept 2024 – Aug 2028 (4 years). The proposed 11 Lots are all as outlined below in a table. Feedback, Thoughts and Comments We are extremely interested in your views about what we have set out above. We are very keen to investigate the contracting market in Scottish Borders, Northumberland and the throughout Scotland to identify potential interested contractors in this opportunity.
