Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is the freehold owner of the site formerly knowns as Unit 1, Pitwood Park, Waterfield, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 5HQ It is a site midway through residential development and the Council is looking to appoint a local agent to undertake the marketing and disposal of the new market sale homes being constructed. We anticipate that the new homes will be completed in approximately April/May 2021, with the show home unit being available for use from February-March 2021. 1.SCOPE OF WORK The scheme will comprises 25 new homes. This total is made up by: •3 no. 1-bedroom flats •6 no. 2-bedroom flats •8 no. 2-bedroom houses •8 no. 3-bedroom houses Please note that 8 no. 2-bedroom houses and 3 no. 3-bedroom houses will be sold to a Housing Association, who will sell these units on for shared ownership housing. Marketing services for the shared ownership units are not to be included in your scope.
