Descriptions

The Phase 5 development is a new building project on Central's main site providing a major increase in rehearsal and performance space for students and a new community asset. The proposed building will improve and re-equip campus provisions and provide access to state-of-the-art facilities for students. The works will extend the School's teaching, rehearsal and performance spaces, and will include the addition of studios with a focus on training for film/ media and 2 public venues.The Contractor will be appointed following a traditional contract route.
