The current reception at the Hope Rescue centre comprises a timber demountable building that also accommodates 4 workstations for office work. It is not an appropriate size to accommodate both the reception and office functions. Our current requirement for office accommodation has significantly increased with additional staff recruited over the last 12 months. It is also not appropriate for the office and reception facility to co-locate due to confidentiality and the need to deal with sensitive situations with the public e.g., surrenders or welfare issues.
