Refurbish Room 1 and Room 2 (currently plastered / painted and painted concrete floor and in good condition)•Flooring – Altro non slip vinyl sheet floor with 150mm coved upstand and welded joints throughout- inc latex and circa 60m2•Existing ACO drain across width of room – provide new stainless steel grate cover•Clad walls and ceiling throughout with Altro White-Rock (white) Assume clg height of 2.4m-•Provide water feed to new hand-wash sink•Provide 6 Nr. new fluorescent ceiling mounted lights with sealed plastic diffuser (straight replacement for existing fittings•New window - UPVC double glazed•Power sockets x 10•New door - UPVC (bottom panel / top glazed)Refurbish yard and store room to make suitable to product/packaging store and rest room•New roofing- supply & fix new roof joists, supply & lay new timber deck. Install rigid fibre board insulation (min 150mm). Supply & install glass fibre reinforced liquid plastic roof covering. Supply & fit new UPVC rainwater gutter & downpipe.-•Line perimeter walls with blockwork skin & leave ready for White-Rock cladding•Infill wall to open yard with blockwork and render external face.
