Refurbishment of kitchens to Council owned dwellings

Descriptions

The work comprises the replacement of kitchens to domestic Council owned dwellings within the Borough of Harrogate. This includes pre-start surveys, compiling drawing layouts and designs. Associated trades works also includes, electrics, joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring and decoration works. Note: Any contractor who does not have direct experience of this work in social housing will not be considered.
