•Part A: A full refurbishment of the male and female "bar toilets" on the 1st floor at Alive Lynnsport (a large leisure centre in King's Lynn), which must also include fully compliant disabled WC facilities.
•Part B: Removal and replacement of existing soil pipework associated to these toilets.
