Hampshire Partnership and West Hampshire CCG have identified a cohort of People with Learning Disabilities and complex needs (including Forensic history, autism, mental health and with behaviours that challenge) who are currently undergoing rehabilitation care in hospital where there is the opportunity to transfer this care to the community setting. It is anticipated that these people would be eligible to claim Housing Benefit and will require support services (domiciliary care).The tender has failed to find a viable bidder, this is not an award notice and this procurement is closed.
