The objective was to establish a key Framework Contract with a Delivery Partner that will support Portsmouth Water’s Regulatory Affairs, Assurance and Data Reporting needs for AMP8 and potentially AMP9.
The intent is to have a contractor to whom we will allocate work. The requirement is for the provision of assurance services in relation to technical and non-financial regulatory data, in compliance with requirements set out by Ofwat and, where appropriate, other regulators.
