Descriptions
This includes the annual gas servicing and repairs (a three star service) and associated replacement boilers and components (in accordance with the detailed service specification set out in Appendix 1) to all of our properties., The scope of this service includes:, •Organising servicing and repairs directly with EPIC’s customers;, •Completing EPIC’s gas servicing programme, issuing LGSRs and ensuring that we are compliant with the Gas (Installation and Use) Safety Regulations 1998 (as amended);, •Undertaking required repairs identified as part of the servicing programme;, •Undertaking boiler replacements as identified as part of the servicing programme;, •Undertaking boiler replacements as components reach the end of their life as instructed by EPIC.
