SWISCo Ltd are seeking to purchase 4 Walking Floor Trailers for the haulage of waste, this expression of interest is being run to determine what suppliers in the market can provide that meets the specification.
The contract dates in this Expression of Interest are estimated and will be subject to change depending on the vehicle lead in time.
This Expression of Interest is being facilitated by Torbay Council on behalf of SWISCo Ltd.

SWISCo Ltd is keen to understand which suppliers in the market can meet the high level specification provided in the Expression of Interest document. In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the EOI Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest response is 12:00 Noon on Friday 20 February 2026.
