In October 2026 our existing arrangement for responsive repairs, voids and planned works covering our homes in the Greater London area comes to an end. This contract was procured under emergency arrangements and there is no potential to extend it. There are approximately 5600 homes covered under the contract, which we propose to offer on a 5+3 basis governed by a JCT MTC.
