Descriptions
The Authority has a requirement to carry out day to day responsive repairs and maintenance to Council buildings. The services shall include, but is not limited to: • General plumbing repairs • Joinery work • Electrical works • Glazing repairs • Roofing repairs • Painting and decorating • Plastering and wet trades • General building maintenance and repairs • Other associated and similar general repair and maintenance activities including the provision of support and advice if required.
