Resurfacing Works along the adopted highway known as Bryn Lane, Wrexham Industrial Estate.WCBC is about to invite tenders to plane and resurface Bryn Lane which is situated between Hugmore Lane and Redwither Road, commencing at National Grid reference SJ381509.The works will involve :a) Planing existing carriageway and disposal of arisings, approx. area 13,000m2b) Resurfacing in HRA or Thin Surfacing Material, approx. area 13,000m2c) Resurfacing in HDM binder, approx. area 13,000m2d) Line marking and road studdingThe works will be carried out under terms and conditions of the Engineering Construction Contract, Third Edition, published in June 2005 by the Institution of Civil Engineers, using Option B (Priced Contract with Priced Bills of Quantities).The Works are anticipated to commence during October 2012.
