RehabCare provides a range of residential and supported accommodation services across the country. Newgrove Housing Association (NHA) is a registered Approved Housing Body (AHB) within Rehab Group and provides homes for RehabCare service users. The purpose of the proposed Sinking Fund Surveys is to enable NHA to make a reasoned and informed decision around Reserve Fund (cyclical) expenditure, and to prepare a 20 year Sinking Fund forecast for (non-cyclical) life cycle investment.
