Descriptions
To 2 no. vacant industrial units: Replacement of existing built-up double skin asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, gutters, downpipes and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights and valley gutter systems. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site. Installation of single skin cladding to elevations at gable ends and insulated composite panel cladding plus single sheet profile to centre of elevations at gable ends. Minor works to occupied industrial unit (Unit 4): over-sheeting of AC single roof slope and maintenance to upstand rooflights within. The works and finishes are generally to replicate that of Unit 1 Highbury Road external fabric upgrade works recently undertaken.
