Castles and Coasts Housing Association's (CCHA) wishes to procure the services of a competent contractor to undertake the renewal of 31 (thirty-one) roof coverings on the Eddleston Estate, Washington, Tyne & Wear, as part of their planned maintenance programme. The general scope of works includes the erection of scaffolds, asbestos removal (as appropriate), enabling works, replacement of concrete tiled roof covering, installation of new breather membrane and treated timber battens, installation of PVCu fascia / soffit boards, renewal of rainwater goods and installation bonding gutters (as appropriate), all whilst the property is occupied.
