The Contract is for the installation of a replacement waterproofing roof system at Community Hub South. The Works comprise the removal of existing flat roof coverings down to the existing roof deck and installation of a polyester/glass reinforced bituminous waterproof system on standard and tapered insulation. Other works include the replacement of roof lights, boarding over of redundant roof lights, renewal of fascias, overcladding of soffits, and the installation of new rainwater goods
