Descriptions
Woodbridge Town Council own the Woodbridge Art Club Building on Tide Mill Way, Woodbridge. Further to structural surveys undertaken of the building we have identified that the roof, namely the cement roof tiles, have come to their lifes end and therefore need replacing. The survey has identified that the existing building is capable to taking new roofing tiles, and therefore Woodbridge Town Council are seeking contractors to undertake this work. At this stage we are seeking expressions of interest from companies interested in undertaking this exciting project. To help guide this decision we have attached the two reports undertaken for the building, and in due course will prepare tender documents. We would love to from any roofing/ construction companies who would be interested in this opportunity. In line with the current lease held with the Art Club, this work would start at the end of their current lease on/ after March 31st 2024.
