Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (the "Council") is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced developer for a residential led mixed use development opportunity at the former Afan Lido and Overflow Car Park Sites, Aberavon Seafront, Port Talbot SA12 6XQ.The two sites extend to an approximate site area of 3.1 Hectares (7.5 Acres). The land will be sold subject to and with the benefit of all existing rights, detail of which are provided in the Memorandum of Information document (the "MofI") and Development Agreement in the tender documentation.The Council has set minimum requirements for the development, details of which are provided in the MofI and Development Agreement.The successful tenderer will be expected to obtain planning permission and deliver the development in a timely manner with the Council.Full details of this development opportunity and obligations relating thereto are contained in the MofI and the Development Agreement.
