It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project and intend to appoint a single subcontractor to carry out the works. The works are to 35nr 1 bed bungalow properties as follows: Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, replacement weatherboard/cladding, installation of low-level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors, renewal and topping up of loft insulation and painting repairs.
