Surrey County Council ('SCC') will shortly be procuring the "Domestic Retrofit Framework" as a vehicle to complete high quality- installations that provide bill and carbon savings aligned with and equipping properties to be more resilient to climate change and benefit from the Net Zero transition.
We have designed a short questionnaire to gain your perspective on what should be considered when putting together The Domestic Retrofit Framework, what opportunities, and how you anticipate the current procurement regime may affect you.
Engagement
Suppliers are requested to complete a questionnaire as part of the Pre Market engagement. To ensure that the Framework delivers success for all parties, we believe it is important to design a procurement process which facilitates the best possible result supported by a model which enables innovation, flexibility and encourages true partnership. Supplier responses to the questionnaire will help assist with finalising the tender documents, which will be published next month.
