Many thanks for the interest in the Surrey Waste MRF project Preliminary Market Engagement opportunities to date. These were published in May (Proactis reference: RFX1000769, FTS Publication reference: 2025/S 000-053442) and August (Proactis reference: RFX1000745, FTS Publication reference: 2025/S 000-045674) 2025.
Following previous correspondence, we are sending revised dates for our planned launch event for your consideration.

Launch Event: Surrey County Council will be hosting a Launch event to detail out the procurement and project. Date - 17th November 2025 Time - 10:30am - 12pm Venue - DLA Piper Offices 160 Aldersgate St, Barbican, London EC1A 4HT We would like to invite a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation. Please can you respond by 16th October 2025 to let us know if you will be attending, along with the names and email addresses of your 2 attendees. Further information will follow on the agenda for the day once we have the attendees list. Submissions will be through the Proactis Supplier Network Portal.
