Descriptions
The successful tenderer will provide management, tenancy sustainment, maintenance and rent collection services for the tenants of 23 apartments located at Block D, Citygate, Connolly Street, Sligo. The tenants of the apartments have a tenancy with Sligo County Council and vacancies are filled by nomination from the Council’s housing list and prioritized as per support requirements. The successful tenderer will arrange for an on-call service and alarm/key-holding service to cover out of hours.
