ScotRail Trains Limited would like to inform the potential scope and specification for the provision of Fuel Additives which will include the provision of compatible additives, maintaining the infrastructure, provision of a remote user interface as well as general technical fuel advice and any transition services as required. Prospective suppliers who have the capacity and capability are asked to register an interest on the Public Contracts Scotland site to help inform the tender documents for the future of these services. It is anticipated that ScotRail will go to the market mid-2024 for these services. We invite all interested suppliers to complete a short questionnaire via our Wax e-sourcing portal which can be accessed here: https://scotrail.wax-live.com/S2C/DisplayModules/TradeModules/Negotiations/Opportunities/ViewEvent.aspx?EventID=252&ApplicationInstanceID=27adc89e-0cb2-4b51-9bc1-34061f10156f The questionnaire is open for a period of 3 weeks, however ScotRail will review submissions as and when received.
