Descriptions
The development consists of alterations to the existing elevations of :-Bay 135, with the construction of 15m2 new floor area and subdivision into 3 No. Advanced Manufacturing Units, consisting of single storey high industrial floor with ancillary office area.- Bay 137, with subdivision into 4No Business Technology & Innovation Units. Other works include alterations to the existing site layout with a new access road to serve Bay 135 units, with the provision of 25No new carparking spaces which included accessible spaces, set down areas with vehicular & HGV access points to the perimeter of the site, secure bicycle parking spaces, refuse stores with roof level and site level external service areas, building signage with all ancillary landscaping and associated site works and services
