Market Engagement for Southwark Wellbeing Hub - 1:1 Support Element

Introduction

Southwark Council and South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) are preparing to re-procure the Southwark Wellbeing Hub (SWBH) in early Autumn 2025. The SWBH is a community-based mental health service that currently provides information, advice, and signposting, alongside some group work, peer support, and 1:1 support.

As part of this re-procurement, we are seeking to further formalise and expand the 1:1 support offer within the Hub. This will shift the model from a primarily signposting service to one that delivers goal-oriented, personalised support for residents with low to moderate mental health needs, many of whom also experience challenges related to housing, welfare benefits, and financial insecurity.

This Market Engagement Survey is focused specifically on the 1:1 support element of the future service. We are seeking input from providers to help us shape the service specification and ensure the model is costed appropriately, operationally viable, and responsive to local need.

- Estimated £630,000

Contract duration:

- TBC based upon outcome of the market engagement and local discussions.
