Descriptions
SEND Specialised Transport Routes. This is a call-off from the PLACE059 Passenger Transport DPS. The tender has been split into 12 service areas (Lots) that are required across the region.
Providers are invited to bid on one or multiple services by including pricing based in mileage within Appendix B Price Schedule. Each service area provides detail of mileage and contract length.
Contracts run from 8th September 2025 to 7th September 2027 with an option to extend by 12 months. Closing date for bids is 20th June 2025 at 9AM. ***See revised section 37 in the terms and conditions.

***Please complete Cost Per Mile and Variable Mileage Rates within the bid form (Appendix B Price schedule)
***Bidders Must provide the following DBS information for all proposed drivers and passenger assistants
******* 1.DBS certificate numbers and issue dates AND
******* 2. A Scanned copy of enhanced DBS Certificates for all proposed drivers and passenger assistants
