Services, Maintenance and Works Relating to UPS and Generators

Descriptions

WYFRS wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of servicing, planned maintenance and repair of the UPS and Generators across 7 WYFRS sites. The scope of services includes the verification of as installed information; planned inspection and testing to ensure that the Installation meets operational and safety standards; reactive maintenance including the provision of a 365/24/7 call out service to attend at an applicable site within the prescribed times. The services also includes provision for repairs, replacements, modifications and requested upgrades to the Installation.

Engagement

The tender is expected to be issued on 20th February 2026, with a contract start date of 1st June 2026. The contract term will last a minimum of 3 years, with options to extend for 3 x 1 year periods, bringing the total duration to a maximum of 6 years. The estimated cost for the full contract term is between £65,000 and £200,000. Suppliers interested in participating are invited to email their expression of interest to tenders@westyorksfire.gov.uk by 19/02/2026, and if possible, provide the following information: • Main contact name, email, and phone number for follow-up communication. • Any frameworks you are currently associated with. • Confirmation of your ability to bid within the specified time frame and your capacity to deliver the contract over the full term, including implementation by June 2026 • A link to your website. • Any additional comments or feedback based on the information provided.
