The scope of the scheme is to upgrade the existing market and commercial area by the use of high quality materials and landscaping features to create a modern public space. The works will include the provision and installation of a canopy structure which will allow organised events or additional temporary market spaces to be created in the future. This project is targeting a July 2024 start date with a potential 9 month programme.
