Hybrid internal floor area of 33,552 sq ft, office units to let, co working desks space, meeting rooms and a café. Gateway 14 provides an integral part of Freeport East's vision for innovation led business investment that delivers on Net Zero and skilled opportunities for our local workforce.Mid Suffolk District Council is committed to delivering a highly sustainable exemplar building and exploiting opportunities for the Skills and Innovation Centre to lead the way in developing the Green Economy and Green Skills.
