Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is inviting quotation proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver a befriending service, for 4 hours every week for the Postural Stability Service and to have a service to helps address social isolation. We are looking for support for Innovation and new technology ideas would be welcome. This contract will be in place from 1st September 2015 – 31st March 2016, after this time, this service will be tendered as part of a wider council procurement process which will include Advocacy and a Befriending service. The value of this contract for 6 months will be up to £12,500. Please see the attached brief for more information.
