Social Value Software Package

Flintshire County Council is looking to procure an on-line Social Value software management system. This will specify Social Value targets as well as record, measure and monitor the Social Value benefits that have been achieved.To meet the Council’s requirements the system will need to accommodate:•Target setting with both generic and bespoke themes, outcomes and measures.•The measurement of Social Value achievements•A system that links to the Council’s procurement and contract management process•Accessible and comprehensive account data and information•Compilation and production of performance and impact reports•Usage by the Council, contractors and suppliers and third sector organisationsThe Council would like to invite potential providers to enter into an informal dialogue and undertake a presentation to include:•Details of the commercial model including pricing structures and options•The operation and functionality of the system•Examples of other customers and where, and how, the system has been implemented.Dates when the proposed presentations will take place are Wednesday 3rd April and Thursday 4th April, 1.00pm – 5.00pm.Following this exercise the Council will be undertaking a full procurement exercise.To express an interest or for further information please contact: procurement@flintshire.gov.uk
