Tenders are invited for the design, supply, and installation of rooftop solar PV Three Rivers House. The Council requires the expansion of its existing Solar PV installation to the building. All of the information required to understand the Councils requirements are contained in the attached tender instructions and accompanying pack. Three Rivers House is a three floor (lower ground floor to first floor) office building located on Northway, Rickmansworth and serves as the council’s headquarters. It also accommodates Hertfordshire Constabulary and The Citizens Advice Service. The Council is operating an Open procedure having previously engaged with the Market.
