SOLAS requires the support of an external organisation to strategically review the provision of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Supports and eCollege making actionable recommendations on the future model for planning, funding and coordinating online and flexible learning opportunities in FET. The overall outcome of the review should be the setting out of a future direction that will position FET as a digitally transformed system evidenced through an eCollege FET resource which reflects the focus and expertise of its providers, and which serves as a large- scale public learning resource unique from other existing private and public online learning destinations
