A Green Recovery to COVID: improving climate mitigation and adaptation across the region, increasing green investment, enhancing just energy transitions. Trade and Investment: increasing trade and investment flows into the region, promoting negotiation and implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA).
