LHC is a joint committee of local authorities acting as the Central Purchasing Body for WPA to set up a DPS for Residential Construction (and any associated community buildings) across South and Mid-Wales. The works (including associated services and/or supplies) to be delivered include the development of new build housing projects, including ‘Housing’ (housing, bungalows, flats, apartments etc.) and ‘Accommodation’ (sheltered accommodation, care homes, extra care (e.g. dementia) student accommodation etc.)
