The SENDIAS Service provides impartial Information, Advice and Support Services (“IASS”) on the full range of education, health and social care as defined in the SEND Code of Practice (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/send-code-of-practice-0-to-25 ) to the following Service Users – (a) children and young people aged 0 years to 25 years of age (inclusive) with (or who may have) a Special Education Need and/or a Disability (“SEND”); and (b) their parents, carers and families.
