This is a notice for Part B services awarded under the 2006 Regulations.The Authority was seeking a partner who can obtain funding and then design, build and operate a specialised housing with care scheme (including the provision of care and support), suitable for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment at the site of the former Warwickshire College, Lower Hillmorton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 3QS.The Authority was seeking bids for the whole provision (i.e. build and care).The care contract will initially be for 5 years with further extensions available up to 30 yrs in total.
