This included communications with a range of potential suppliers to obtain information on licensing, orders, design, delivery and payment processes. Other Universities have also been consulted on their processes and requirements to ensure that a thorough tender process takes place. After this consultation period it was agreed to split the tender in to 2 lots to allow suppliers who do not have the GAA Kit Licence to bid for the other relevant areas (ie Lot 1: Student and Staff Sport's Kits
