Descriptions

Replacement of the existing windows (including high clerestorey) & external doors with new aluminium-framed, thermally-broken argon-filled, low-emissivity double-glazed units, including all associated insulated filler/spandrel panels & teleflex winder-opening mechanisms, along with upgrade to reveals including; insulation / air-tightness, making-good to cill boards and new reveal/head liner panels and new black out blinds to all windows in teaching spaces. The works must commence on site in summer 2019 however it is anticipated that works will continue on during academic term July 2019. Contractor shall note works can not take place during normal school hours and Contractors must allow sufficient resources to allow the works to be completed within the programme time constraints.
