Decommission and replace the existing floor standing cast-iron gas boiler with a new floor standing gas condensing boiler.• Decommission and replace the existing flue with a new flue suitable for the new gas condensing boiler. A new flue liner will be required in the existing masonry chimney as part of the installation.• Decommission and replace the existing MCC controls panel with a new MCC control panel.• Decommissioning and replace the existing heating circulating pumps with new pumps.• Decommission and replace the existing indirect hot water cylinder with a direct gas-fired hot water heater.• Decommission and replace all pipework in the boilerhouse.• All associated preliminaries.• All decommissioning works.• All associated electrical works as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications.• All builders’ works associated with the above. See ‘Builders Work Schedule’ in ‘Volume C1 – Pricing Schedule’ for further details.• Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project.
