The works (as shown on the design team drawings), including all associated preparatory, enabling andmaking good works which will include but not limited to:• Demolition of existing internal classroom walls and the removal of all debris.• Construction of new external store room access doorway and associated steps,• Construction of new internal partition classroom walls,• Blocking up and making good of existing classroom doorways into the study hall,• All necessary making good works between new and adjacent surfaces.• All fire rated construction requirements• Installation of M&E Systems as required
